Dimitris Andriopoulos is the founder, major shareholder, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DIMAND S.A. Born in Patras, he has a diverse professional background and has participated in the top management of many well-known organizations in the field of real estate, tourism, shipping and F&B.

More specifically, he was the Managing Director and shareholder of INTRADEVELOPMENT S.A., a real estate development and operations company of the INTRACOM GoC (2003-2005), Managing Director of REDS S.A., a real estate development company of the ELLAKTOR group (1998-2002), Project Manager at Superfast Ferries A.E. (1994-1997) et al. In 2005 he founded DIMAND S.A., one of the leading companies in the field of real estate development, which carries out large-scale projects with emphasis on modern bioclimatic office buildings, large-scale urban renovations, complex mixed-use projects, and private sports facilities.

Alexandros Vassilikos is a second generation hotel owner, CEO of AIROTEL Group, which owns and manages a chain of six hotels in Athens, Patra and Kavala.

Under his leadership, the Group recorded a significant hotel portfolio growth and diversified its operation by investing in real estate development. In 2021, he co-founded CapitalH, a boutique hotel management company.

Since 2019, Alexandros serves as President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, an organization comprised of all 10,000 Greek hotels and camping sites, following a long, successful career in all major Greek hotel lobby organizations.

Since that year, he is also an elected member of the Executive Committee of HOTREC. In 2022 after serving two terms, he is elected President of HOTREC.

Born in Athens in 1976, to a Greek father, a self-made hotelier-business man and a French mother, Alexandros is married and father of three.

Eleni Vrettou has been the CEO of Attica Bank since September 2022, with more than 20 years of international experience in Banks in Greece and abroad, specializing in corporate and investment banking. She has been the CEO of Attica Bank since September 2022. Mrs Vrettou was Executive General Manager and Chief of Corporate and Investment Banking at Piraeus Bank Group from 2019 to 2022. Before that, she had worked for 14 years at HSBC Bank Plc in Greece and the United Kingdom and was promoted to Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking in Greece. Before HSBC, she worked in Credit and Risk and Investment Banking (M&A) for Greek and international financial institutions in Athens and New York. She also held the position of Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer at Lamda Development.

She has significant experience in corporate transformations and the management of Non-Performing Exposures, as well as in the systematic development of ancillary business in investment and transaction banking and Development Programs. Ms Vrettou holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Alexandros Exarchou is the Vice Chairman and CEO of Intrakat S.A., a leading player in the country’s construction sector, with a strong international presence as well as the Chairman and CEO of AKTOR SA, perhaps the most historic construction company in Greece, with extensive experience, diverse activity in Greece and abroad.

Mr. Exarchou has over 25 years’ experience in the construction of public projects in Greece and abroad and has handled international construction contracts and construction claims.

Having served as CEO of Aktor S.A., an international infrastructure company between 2018-2019, as Managing Director of Exarchou & Rosenberg International , an international Law Firm specializing in construction claims, as President and CEO of the companies ENM Consulting Engineers S.A., a consulting engineering firm and LEEAD Consulting S.A. a consulting firm specializing in project design and project management, as well as CEO of Exarchou and Associates S.A., a consultancy firm dealing exclusively with international construction claims and arbitration, Mr. Exarchou has extensive experience in all sectors related to the construction and management of projects of significant scale. He also participates as a shareholder in the investment companies Winex Investments Ltd. and Thrivest Holding Ltd.

Apart from Greece, Mr.Exarchou has worked and managed projects in Europe, especially in Balkans (Romania, Albania, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia) and in Middle East (U.A.E, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain) and in North Africa (Algeria, Libya).

Mr. Exarchou holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Thessaloniki Law School, a diploma in English Legal Studies and a Master of Law from School of Law of University of Manchester.

Mr. Theodoratos has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. He joined Attica Group in 1996 and since then he has contributed substantially to the dynamic course and growth of the Group.

Since 2016 he has held the position of Executive Director of Commercial Operations of Attica Group and in 2024 he was appointed Deputy CEO. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Group’s subsidiaries and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Passenger Shipping Companies (SEEN).

Mr. Stephanos Theodorides is an experienced professional executive with a 40-year career, 30 of which serving in top management positions. From 2012 to the end of 2023, he served as the Managing Director of TEMES SA, one of the biggest hospitality and real estate developers in Southeastern Europe. Prior to that, between 2006 and 2011, he was the Chief Executive Officer in Regency Entertainment SA. Prior to Recency Entertainment, Mr. Theodorides was Regional Managing Director at Southeast Europe of DIAGEO SA, the Global Leader of Premium Alcoholic Beverages, covering 18 countries. Mr. Theodorides has also chaired or participated in various Boards either with an executive or non-executive function, in Greece and abroad and served as a Board member in the Boards of PPC, Giochi Preziosi SA and IOBE. Mr. Stephanos Theodorides holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens and has attended Executive Development Programs in the London Business School and INSEAD Business School.

Panagiotis (Takis) Dimitriou Theodorikakos is Minister of Development and Member of Hellenic Parliament of Athens B3 Constituency (South).

He was elected in the 2023 national elections with 47.300 votes and was ranked second.

He was Strategy and Communication Advisor to the President of ND since October 2015 and Coordinator of Strategic Planning and Communication of the party, from October 2016 until the victorious election contests of May and July 2019 when he was elected as Member of State of the ND.

• In August 2021 he was appointed by the Prime Minister Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis as Minister of Citizen Protection.

Mr. Kallinikos Kallinikos is Executive Vice President of Goldair Group as well as Vice President & Managing Director of Goldair Cargo s.a., which holds a key position in the market of international freight forwarding and logistics.
He is also Executive Vice President of Goldair Handling s.a., which offers ground handling services in 26 airports in Greece, 2 in Cyprus, 3 in Bulgaria, 2 in Ethiopia, 1 in Croatia, 1 in Serbia, 1 in Switzerland and 3 in India.
Finally, he is President of Thriassio Logistics Centre s.a., which has undertaken the development and management of the largest logistics park in Attica, in a total extent of 600.000 sq.m.
Mr. Kallinikos has been active since 1988, in the market of retail at first and later in the foodservices market. Since 2000, he holds a leading position in the top management of Goldair Cargo, Hellas Logistics, Rail Cargo Logistics Goldair, Thriassio Logistics Centre, Mediterranean Logistics, Goldair and Goldair Handling.
Finally, Mr. Kallinikos participates as a member in the Board of Directors of SETE, SEV, Marketing Greece, INSETE, Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Entrepreneurship Association in Greece, Association of International Freight Forwarders and Logistics Enterprises of Greece and the National Council for Logistics Development and Competitiveness.

Nikitas is the President & CEO of ICAP CRIF, the largest CRS, Business Information and Consulting Group in S.E Europe with operations in 4 Countries. 

From 2007 until 2021, when ICAP SA was acquired by CRIF, he led ICAP Group to over quadruple its size, reaching 1,200 employees, €94 M Revenues, and €10.8 M EBITDA.

Before joining ICAP, he was the Managing Partner (KPMG), Senior Consultant (Hay Group), HR Manager (Investment Bank) and Purchasing Officer (Papastratos-Philip Morris).

He holds a BSc in Business Administration, Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA in Management and HRM, Loyola University. He also holds a diploma in Training and Development, Thames Valley University and the Institute of Personnel & Development.

Nikitas is an Honorary Member of the ACEO where he was the President for 6 years, is a Member of the General Board of SEV and the Presidents’ Club.

Manos Manousakis is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO or ADMIE) since June 2017.

Previously, Mr. Manousakis was the CEO of OTE Rural North and South, having held various positions of responsibility in the Greek Telecommunications Company, where he played an instrumental role in the design of cutting-edge telecommunication services. He was appointed Secretary General of the Hellenic Ministry of Economy (2015), as well as a Director at Black Sea Trade and Development Bank for the same period.

Mr Manousakis holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has also academic experience having been a lecturer at the University of Piraeus. His career combines business development leadership and complex project management with country strategic planning.  

With a long and successful career in the hotel industry, Thanos Michaelides has been the owner and CEO of Thanos Hotels and Resorts since 1993. The group currently operates three award-winning ultra-luxury resorts in Cyprus: Anassa, Annabelle, and Almyra. By the end of 2024, the portfolio will expand with the addition of Amyth of Nicosia, while the historic Berengaria Hotel is currently under development. Recently, two new 5-star hotels were added in Greece: Amyth of Mykonos Agios Stefanos and Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise.

Since 2023, Thanos Michaelides is the President of the Cyprus Hotel Association (PASYXE), following his tenure as President of the PASYXE Paphos District Committee from 2017. Alongside his role in hospitality, Mr. Thanos Michaelides is also the owner and director of KULT, a company specializing in the sale of luxury fashion brands.

He holds an MBA from the London Business School and graduated with honors from Brandeis University in the U.S.

Aristotelis Panteliadis was born and raised in Athens, Greece.

He graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in 1989. During his studies, he started working at the family business. In 2001, he took over as Chief Executive Officer of METRO SA, at the age of 33.

In February 2016, METRO SA acquired Veropoulos stores, thus forming one of the largest retail chains in the Greek market. Today, the company owns 255 My market retail supermarkets and My market Local convenience stores and 50 METRO Cash & Carry wholesale markets, strategically located all over the country. The company currently employs over 11.300 people.

In January 2020, METRO SA opened its first store abroad, the MCC BEST VALUE LTD wholesale store in the city of Limassol in Cyprus.

METRO SA’s turnover is €1,59 billion.

Aristotelis Panteliadis is Chairman at the recently formed Greek Super-Market Union and a board member of several entities, including SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises) and IELKA (Institute of Retail Consumer Goods – GR).

Nikos Papathanasis presently holds the office of the Alternate Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and he was also elected, at the 2023 elections, as a member of the Parliament in the district of Athens North. From August 2020 until May 2023 he held the office of Alternate Minister at the Ministry of Development and Investment with the responsibility of the portfolio of private and strategic investments, PPP’s and the Just Transition Fund. Also from July 2019 until August 2020 he held the office of the Deputy Minister at the same ministry with the responsibility of the portfolio of Industry, Commerce and Consumer’s Protection. During his thirty five year career, he served as a C-level executive for large corporations with a successful track record in developing business plans, reorganizing and streamlining operations that led to significant positive economic outcome. He received his B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and his M.A.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Toronto, followed by a Masters in Management Science at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. He commenced his career at the DeHavilland Aircraft Company (Bombardier Aerospace) in Toronto while later he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Aerospace Industry (HAI) and executive Vice President of Olympic Aviation, a regional airline company. During his professional years, he worked mainly in the private sector while he reached high executive and C level managerial positions in companies in Greece and abroad. He managed companies in the fields of construction, real estate development to public transportation as he served as CEO in the Athens Line 1 metro rail system and subsequently Chairman and CEO in the Athens Metro and Light rail system  for a total of eight years. From 2008 to 2010 he served as a President- elect of the Greek branch of the European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services (CEEP) which is a General Cross Industry social partner recognized by the EU Commission. From 2017 holds the Chair of the President of the Institute of Democracy “Konstantinos Karamanlis”, a scientific non-profit organization. He served from 2016 until the national elections of 2019 as Director General of the presently governing political Party of “Nea Democratia”.

Group CEO joined Vivartia in 2001. Since April 2021 (after the acquisition of Vivartia by CVC) he is the CEO of VIVARTIA Group, the biggest Group in the Food Sector in Greece.

Born in Kavala in 1969. Studied Civil Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued his postgraduate studies at the City University of London in 1994 and since 2004 holds an MBA degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Until 2003 was a director of the HELLENIC TECHNODOMIKI-TEB Group. He was INTRAKAT’s CEO from 2003 to July 2022 and Member of the BoD of INTRALOT SA Group from 2008 to 2019. Since 2010 he holds the position of CEO of KEKROPS SA and from 2019-2022 served as Vice Chairman of the BoD of ATHENS RESORT CASINO HOLDINGS SA and HELLENIC CASINO SA. At the same time, he held executive positions in subsidiaries of the INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group until 2022, while from 2014 to 2020 served as President of Church’s Real Estate Development Company SA of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens.

In 2022 he was elected Executive Member of the Board of Directors of GEK TERNA and in 2023 he was appointed Executive Director of the Board of Directors of GEK TERNA, while from August 2024 he is Chairman of the company "New Attiki Odos Operation".

Born in Athens, December 10^th, 1956. He graduated from the Department of Economics, University of Athens in 1978. He obtained his post-graduate degrees (MPhil 1980, DPhil 1982) from Oxford University, specializing in Economic Theory and Policy. He was Research Fellow and Lecturer at St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford, from 1982 to 1986. At the same time he worked at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, specializing in the petroleum market and the consequences of petroleum crises on the global economy. Following his return to Greece he worked as a Special Advisor to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (1986-1989) on Public Enterprises and Incomes Policy issues, and to the Bank of Greece (1989-1994) on Monetary Policy issues.

He is Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics, University of Athens, which he joined in 1989. He teaches Macroeconomics and Economic Policy. He has published articles in academic journals on Macroeconomics, Optimum Taxation Theory, Public Debt Dynamics, Economic and Monetary Union, Energy Economics, Monetary Policy, Distortions of Financial Systems. His academic and professional interests focus on the following fields: economic theory, economic policy, international economics, monetary economics, energy economics, public finance, banking, project evaluation and the effects of Economic and Monetary Union on the Greek economy.

From 1994 to July 2000 he was Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and a member of the Monetary Committee (now Economic and Financial Committee) of the European Union.

From 1994 to 1997 he was Vice Chairman of the Public Gas Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Debt Management Office (from 1998 until July 2000).

From 2000 to 2004 he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Emporiki Bank and Vice Chairman of the Association of Greek Banks.

From 2005 to August 2008 he was managing director of Kappa Securities, a private sector stockbroker and investment services provider.

From 2009 to 2012 he was Director General of the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE), a private sector think-tank.

In May 2012 he joined the then Interim Government as Minister of Development, Competitiveness and Shipping.

After the national elections in June 2012, he became Minister of Finance, until June 2014.

Since June 27^th 2014 he is Governor of the Bank of Greece and Member of the Governing Council of the European Central Bank. From February 2020 he is Chairman of the Audit Committee of the European Central Bank.

He is an honorary member of the board of directors of the Euterpe classical music group.

Mr. Theodore Tzouros is Executive General Manager, Chief of Corporate and Investment Banking at Piraeus Bank S.A.

He is responsible for the design, implementation and overseeing of the Bank’s strategy across the entire wholesale segment, including large corporate, SMEs, shipping, structured finance,  agricultural banking, transaction banking products and investment banking. He is the chairman of the boards of directors of Piraeus Factoring and Piraeus Leasing. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Bank and various senior committees of the group.

Mr. Tzouros  with over 20 years’ experience, headed the Corporate & Shipping Recovery team at Intrum Hellas, after a successful tenure at Piraeus Bank as General Manager in Corporate Recovery. He also served as Director in the IB team of National Bank of Greece, with key involvement in a number of landmark transactions and privatizations, as well as a senior member in the IB and project finance teams of Eurobank. He started his career in Deloitte UK as a chartered accountant.

Mr. Tzouros holds MSc & BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Theodore E. Tryfon was born in Mytilini – Lesvos. He graduated from Athens College of Greece and earned his BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Southampton in UK. He continued his studies by earning an MBA from City University of London Business School.

In 1992 he joined Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. and presently is the Vice President and co CEO of ELPEN Group.  In 2023, ELPEN  Group had a turnover of 400,000,000€. Since 2023, in addition to the three productions units at Pikermi, Attikis, ELPEN  also operates a new 12,000 m2 Development and Manufacturing facility in Keratea, Attikis. Currently the Group is occupying more than 1.600 employees in Greece and abroad.

Since 2014, Mr. Tryfon has been elected as President of the Panhellenic Union of Pharmaceutical Industries (PEF), an association which represents 49 companies with 45 production sites throughout Greece. In 2019 he became a Member of the Board of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of Medicines for Europe, the European Association representing the European Generic and Value Added Medicines Industry.

He is a graduate of Business Administration from University of Piraeus and MBA from INSEAD, as well as a Fellow at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with 20 years of experience in finance and strategy in the energy sector.
He started his career at Shell Hellas, where he held the role of Financial Controller. He worked for HSBC investment banking in London, focusing on M&A advisory for European Oil & Gas and utility companies. He also has professional experience in the development and financing of RES projects. He joined HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group in 2011 and has been responsible for Investor Relations and international capital markets, participating in strategic initiatives of the Group. Since February 2022, he holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer.

Julia Kl. Tsetis President & CEO of Tsetis Pharmaceutical Group of Companies, is Pharmacist MSc, Doctor Honoris of NKU of Athens and of University of Patras.

Julia Tsetis was born in Athens and graduated from the Pharmacy department of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Biopharmaceutics department of the University of Manchester.

Since 2010, she is president and CEO of Tsetis Group of Pharmaceutical Companies. Today the Tsetis Group employs 700 people, has state-of-the-art facilities in Kifissia and exports to more than 72 countries.

She has created the " KLEON TSETIS" Foundation, aiming to support the new generation of scientists, enhancing the «brain gain».

She participated as an inventor or as CEO of the Group - more than 100 patents and 48 scientific papers.

Since June 2022, she has been the General Secretary of BoD of the Association of Businesses and Industries (SEV), while for a long time, she has been the Head of the SEV Committee on EQUALITY, DIVERSITY, INCLUSION.

In February 2021, she was elected President of the BoD of the UN Global Compact Network Greece, the Greek Network, of the Global Compact of the United Nations.

On June 14, 2022, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of the Department of Pharmacy of National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, and on June 13, 2024, she was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Pharmacy, by the University of Patras.
