With a long-standing and continuous presence at the Thessaloniki International Fair, Naftemporiki returns in 2026 with its exhibition stand Pavilion 8 – Stand 17, which will host its television and editorial studio. Throughout the duration of the Fair, Naftemporiki's stand will serve as a meeting point for representatives of government, business, academia and the wider economic community, highlighting the key developments shaping the economic, business and geopolitical landscape.

The Thessaloniki International Fair has long been established as Greece's leading institution for economic dialogue and outward-looking growth. At the same time, Thessaloniki and Northern Greece are at the forefront of the country's development agenda, serving as a strategic hub for investment, trade, industry, innovation, energy and cross-border cooperation across Greece and Southeast Europe. Within this framework, Naftemporiki is organizing the 2nd N–TIF Forum, creating a platform for meaningful dialogue on the challenges and opportunities of the years ahead.

Following the Prime Minister's keynote policy announcements at the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair, and against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving international environment, the 2nd N–TIF Forum will bring together leading representatives from government, business, academia and the market to explore the key drivers that will shape Greece's future growth trajectory and international positioning.

Investment, productivity, innovation, artificial intelligence, human capital and geoeconomic resilience are emerging as critical pillars of competitiveness in an era defined by profound technological, economic and geopolitical transformation. Through three high-level thematic sessions, the Forum will examine the conditions necessary for building a more competitive, outward-looking and resilient economy, while highlighting the strategic role of Thessaloniki and Northern Greece as engines of growth, investment and regional cooperation in Southeast Europe.

With Japan participating as the Honoured Country at this year's Thessaloniki International Fair, special emphasis will be placed on the prospects for Greece–Japan cooperation in the fields of technology, innovation, industry, investment and human capital development.

The 2nd N–TIF Forum aims to become a key meeting point for policymakers, business leaders, investors and decision-makers shaping the next chapter of growth, competitiveness and international outreach for the Greek economy.
