Dimitris Constantinou is a Partner with EY Assurance practice, specialized in the ocean going shipping sector and Coordinator of the EY Global Shipping Network. He is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE) and a Certified Auditor and a member of the Institute of Greek Certified Auditors Accountants. Dimitris began his career in 1980 when he joined the finance division of the Loucas Hadjiioanou shipping group in Piraeus (Troodos Shipping). In 1987 he joined Arthur Andersen Greece and was promoted to Partner in 1999. Since July 2002 Dimitris is with EY Greece.

Dimitris having 35 years of professional experience has led EY teams in major assurance and consulting engagements for most of the EY clients in the shipping industry. Over the years, through his involvement in numerous initial public offering as well as follow on offerings, Dimitris has developed substantial experience in the listing of companies on the London and New York stock exchanges. Today, the Greek shipping group employs over 100 professionals fully dedicated in serving shipping clients. In addition the EY Global shipping network comprises more than 150 executives from EY member firms in over 50 countries around the globe.
