Theofanis Moustakatos is currently Head of Shipping in National Bank of Greece. He joined National Bank of Greece in 2014 as Head of the Deputy CEO’s Οffice.

Between 2012-2013, he served as Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of OPAP, the leading listed Greek Gaming company. This was the Board that initiated and concluded the privatization of the company.

In 2008 leaving Citigroup, he joined as an investment director and partner the Greek private equity Milos Advisors, a fund which has raised over Eur100MM from over 20 Greek leading Family offices.

He joined Citigroup in 1994 and served as a senior banker / Director in the corporate and investment banking area from 2000 to 2008. During his tenure in Citigroup, he has originated, structured, negotiated and successfully placed many finance deals locally and internationally.

He holds two Master degrees from Manchester School of Management and City University Business School.
